What we do

If you wish Cadplan to carry out the design and obtain the necessary approvals, we will proceed as follows: -

• Full survey and design discussions.
  
• Produce model, plans and elevations of existing structure
  
• Produce model, plans and elevations of proposals with, where applicable, alternative schemes.
  
• Invite you into the office to view your virtual model.
  
• Change any features you are unhappy with.
  
• Produce full drawings for Planning & Building Regulations Approval in, normally, A1 format.
  
• Fill in all the necessary forms submit them to the council along with the drawings.
  
• Deal with any amendments the council may require.
  
• Supply you with copies of the drawings to enable you to obtain quotes from builders.
  
• Supply you with the relevant approved documents.
